- Working tax credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
If you qualify for any of the above you can register your child for free school meals on www.hertsdirect.org/freeschoolmeals.
By registering your child, Creswick will receive extra money to add to Pupil Premium funding within the school. If you need support to claim online please contact the school office and the team will be happy to help you.
Swift Kitchen Online ordering system
All school meals are ordered in advance through the Swift Kitchen online system. Each child has an account with Swift Kitchen administered by their parent/carer. Meal choices can be made up to 6 weeks in advance. Payments are made online (cash can be accepted in the school office if online payment is not possible).
Allergies and Medical Diet Requests
Aspens is committed to providing support for children with medical dietary requirements and any allergy or lifestyle needs.
For core allergy and lifestyle requirements, the form below can be returned to the school directly to notify the catering department of your child's requirements. Allergen safe menus that cover the 14 legal allergens are available to all schools. Vegan and Halal menus are also available on request. Allergen safe menus are managed in accordance with our Allergy Policy. Parents may need a menu consultation with the catering team.
For medical diet requests, this form can be returned to the school who should forward it on to the operations manager. It is vital that all forms are accompanied with a referral letter or other information from a medical professional (GP/consultant/dietician). The Operations Manager & Catering manager may need to meet the student’s parent/guardian to discuss any specific requirement and will consult with the company Nutritionist for bespoke dietary needs.
