In Year Admissions

All school In Year admissions (with the exception of Nursery) are dealt with by Hertfordshire County Council. Please click on the link below to gain access to the relevant page within the Hertfordshire website. For any further guidance contact County Hall on 0300 1234043.

In Year Admissions

For children born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022 applications can now be made for Nursery September 2025. These must be made directly through the school. Please complete and submit the online form below. Alternatively, please complete the following form and return by post to the school office (Nursery Admissions, Creswick Primary & Nursery School, Sir John Newsom Way, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 4FL) or by email to admin@creswick.herts.sch.uk . Paper application forms are also available from the school office.

Primary School Places for September 2025

1st November 2024 - The HCC online system opens for parents/carers to make their applications online.

15th January 2025 - Deadline to apply for a school place.

16th April 2025 - National allocation day.

16th - 23rd April 2025 - Continuing interest lists are created.

2nd May 2025 - Last day for accepting the place offered.

1st September 2024- Online application system opens

31st October 2024 - Application deadline

2nd December 2024 - Last date to submit reasons for late applications and notify of a change of address

30th January 2025 - Last date to make a late application to be considered for allocation day

3rd March 2025 - Allocation day - school places offered.
